Distance learning is different from traditional forms of education. Curricula are developed based on individual and group requirements, regardless of the course. During the teaching process, students can exchange information through a centralized network of scientific information and data. Efficient use of training facilities, equipment and vehicles, integrated data collection and retraining is expected to achieve a reduction. The most modern information, telecommunications and technologies are used in the educational process. Distance education also creates opportunities for independent learning by saving the time and increasing the financial interest of teachers, depending on the level of opportunity. There is no doubt that the organization of the exchange of achievements in the field of education within the global education system will ensure the achievement of achievements in this area.

Distance learning is for specialist teachers are setting new and urgent tasks. This is due to the fact that they are required to supplement their teaching materials, improve their skills with a creative approach and innovation, and to coordinate these indicators with the achievements of world science. This method of teaching allows students to organize their work on the basis of educational requirements, to strive for more knowledge, to work independently with the computer and to use their knowledge creatively, and the acquired knowledge is published in special educational and methodological publications, can be checked and supplemented with tests. With the widespread introduction of information technology, distance learning can be introduced to address a number of social issues.

The demand of the republic for qualified specialists will be met by creating conditions for meeting the needs of citizens in the field of education. It is also possible to increase the social and professional activity of citizens. Self-employed strengthening the active participation of individuals in society serves to enrich his worldview. This puts the task of implementing priority plans, such as strengthening the economic potential of our country, with the scientific achievements in the higher education system, specialists and their participation. The method of distance education crosses the borders of our republic, interacts with major educational centers in the CIS and around the world to create a new modern integrated learning opportunity. Distance learning is geographically remote schools and was intended for academic education. However, the development of modern information and telecommunication technologies has opened the way for the long-distance implementation of the educational process. As a result, distance learning has quickly become another impetus for the use of new teaching methods in higher and secondary special education. Analysis by the International Council for Distance Learning shows that today more than 10 million students worldwide are taught in this way. New training centers are being set up in the United States to provide this type of training, and they have the advantage of training and retraining national staff in line with modern requirements.

Distance learning has the following advantages:  1. Creative learning environment. There are many ways in which a teacher can teach, and students can only read a given material. On the basis of the proposed distance learning, students themselves search for the necessary information in a computer database and ensure that their experiences communicate well with others, as well as work on their own. encourages the acquisition of limi.  2. Possibility of independent study. Basic education includes primary, secondary, higher and advanced training. Inspectors with different levels of training can work on their own lesson plans and interact with students at their level. 3. Big changes in the workplace. Distance learning provides millions of people with the opportunity to learn while working. This type of training plays an important role in training.  4. A new and effective tool for teaching and learning. Statistics the data show that distance learning is as effective as off-the-job training. In addition, distance learning goes beyond the limits set by the university. The advantage of students studying on this basis is that they are provided with the best, quality materials and teachers. Teaching in the classroom based on the methodology of teaching and management must be free of conditions. Fundamentals of information technology in distance learning. Information technology is the process of gathering data, using data delivery, and a set of tools to obtain new information about the state of an object, process, or event. Information technology is a tool in the organization of educational products and services.

Practice at a convenient time, the possibility of using various forms of student learning in a convenient place and at a convenient speed, their use of modeling and visual aids on the spot, the use of visual, imaginative and game forms of teaching in the transmission of information and knowledge use.

The role of the teacher and the development of various opportunities. Use different forms of the teacher's personal approach to the student. An individual approach to each student's level of knowledge and preparation, as well as their abilities can be used.

Student motivation and stimuli for knowledge and research development Student-to-teacher and peer-to-peer interaction overcoming psychological barriers to communication insecurity, develops the intellectual and scientific potential of the student, self-organization.

Savings ensure continuity in the learning process. Use of classrooms, travel expenses, and remuneration of qualified teachers. They can transfer their knowledge in the form of distance learning. Regardless of health, social or material well-being, there is a wide range of educational opportunities and social equality.
