PEDAGOGICAL CONFLICTS AT SCHOOL
Man is a biosocial being and his interaction with other people seems to be a necessary part of his life. In the process of communication, an essential concept of general educational relations is formed that contributes to the productivity of learning and learning. In pedagogical work, communication acquires a multifunctional and important character. Often, various incidents appear in pedagogical communication, sometimes provoked by the student, and sometimes consciously formed by the teacher in order to achieve a greater effect in learning, and in the formation of the student's individuality. Consequently, the study of conflicts - their occurrence, development, resolution, grounds - becomes an important issue for the modern school.
Pedagogical conflict is a collision of oppositely directed goals, interests, positions of the subjects of pedagogical interaction [2, p. 43].
In this regard, I would like to highlight the problem of pedagogical conflicts and try to understand it deeper in order to eliminate the growth of unwanted conflicts in the educational sphere. The degree of knowledge of the problem of the emergence of conflicts in school is small, although a lot of literature has been written on this topic, but basically all this is theory, and in practice the recommended tips are rarely used.
Pedagogical communication is a concept of socio-psychological interaction. The relationship between the teacher and the students takes place under different circumstances. To a greater extent, these circumstances are formed by the teacher and used for teaching purposes, in order to organize educational activities in general, to establish contact with students in the process of work.
The conflict between a teacher and students, students with each other as well as a teacher with colleagues, always has a contradiction at its core. However, the existence of a contradiction does not mean a conflict, it is just a possible prerequisite for it, which can cause it to arise. Controversy does not necessarily escalate into conflict.
In order for a clash of personal meanings to occur, certain circumstances are necessary, called a conflict situation.
A conflict situation is a set of factors under which circumstances are formed in order to identify significant differences in judgments, interests that are of particular importance for the subject. Let us emphasize that the conflict situation may not take the form of a conflict if there is no direct clash of interests of the conflicting parties. However, if it happened, then in this case the conflict situation will take the form of a conflict.
Conflicts in pedagogical activity are very peculiar and differ from others not only in that there is a “clash of statuses” in them, but also in that the conflict should be of an educational nature for students. When resolving pedagogical conflicts, the teacher must take into account the developmental features, motives and temperament of students. The causes of conflict can be varied. In the teaching staff, interpersonal conflict may be associated with a violation of the ties that were established in the process of teaching. All conflicts have different causes, therefore, each conflict will have its own solution. The solution to any conflict depends on many factors. A deep study of the conflict allows you to better understand its structure, highlighting the main links in it, increases the ability to suddenly resolve the conflict and makes it possible to recognize the conflict in the initial stages.
The first step in resolving a conflict is to identify it. How quickly a teacher can detect a conflict at the initial stages of development depends on its duration and strength, the likelihood or inadmissibility of correcting relationships. The teacher should notice the conflict as soon as the student's relationship begins to change. Having identified changes in attitudes, the teacher should immediately analyze the students in order to determine the content of the conflict, and in this regard, plan their subsequent actions.
The main link in resolving the conflict situation that has arisen, according to M.M. Rybakova, it can be considered a psychological analysis. It is he who allows in the future to avoid the repetition of incidents that have arisen or to help colleagues successfully resolve them. After a full analysis of the conflict situation that has arisen, it is necessary to choose ways to resolve it. Depending on the style of teaching, experience in the educational system, each teacher chooses different ways to get out of the conflict, which are not always effective.
Summing up, it should be noted that there are no universal rules of behavior in conflict situations and effective strategies for their resolution. All of them are focused, first of all, on the understanding of a person as a unique and inimitable personality. And if we refuse to recognize this even in adolescents, conflicts, especially in pedagogical situations, can be considered inevitable.
